Davall Gears had the pleasure of Steel Sports hosting a town hall featuring Robbie Earl, premier league announcer and former world cup player. The day revolved around the shared core values of teamwork, respect, integrity, and commitment following the chosen theme of respect. Robbie’s emotional journey and insights into his career journey and the principles which guided him to get to where he is today left a lasting impact on employees offering lessons and personal connections.
The town hall provided employees with the opportunity to engage with Robbie on a one-to-one basis, learning more about his journey and the chance to collect autographs and photographs. In addition, the event highlighted the Steel Sports Coaching System – The Lasorda Way putting ‘Kids First’ and how Steel employees can gain sponsorship for youth coaching.
The event had a lasting impact reinforcing core values and a reminder of how ‘thank you’ can go a long way!
