Design

Davall has a highly qualified design team backed up by modern computer technology that can Design bespoke gearbox or geartrain solutions.

The company is able to provide a complete service, from feasibility study through to prototype design, build and test, ultimately supporting production volumes. 

Manufacture

Davalls long production history has provided over 1200 man years of experience in the manufacture of precision geared products.

The company has an extensive range of machinery from traditional to current state of the art equipment and has the ability to produce technically challenging components in very short leadtimes.

Davall are conducting Gears Cutting Trials on the new CNC Gear Hobber in April 2012

Engineers from Davall are going to the supplier of our new Heavily Modified CNC Gear Hobbing Machine for our Spiradrive Gears in April to cut some trial gears. As part of an additional £300k investment Davall will be taking delivery of this new state of the art macine in August 2012. The April trials are part of a prove out to a current customer of the improved accuracy of Spiradrive Wheels cut with the worlds best tooling and CNC machine. The Custom CNC Hobber will be delivered to Davall in August 2012, ready for all future precision Spiradrive products.
